H. Engströms Industri AB delivers products to business customers, distributors, and other organisations in Sweden and internationally.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are added to the order unless otherwise stated or agreed with the customer.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the order, delivery address, and destination.

International Deliveries, Customs and Fees

We also deliver to customers outside Sweden and the EU.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import fees, local taxes, or other charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed with H. Engströms Industri AB.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, order size, and destination.

Any delivery times provided are estimates. If anything affects the delivery, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. If the packaging or product has been damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the packaging and damaged product so that we can assist you.
